I simply wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the cordial manner in which you handled the renovation of our house. Having mandated previously by Werner, the company’s consultant to handle the revamping of our house, it was refreshing to note that the level of service and support continued to exceed our expectations. Furthermore, I want also to thank you for the professional effort that you put in when revamping the house. Your performance together with the dedicated “A TEAM” is of highest standard and your painting skills is highly commendable. It is good to know that there are companies out there that care and take pride themselves in a job well done.

Your product was marketed extremely well by Dave from the first phone call through to signing of the contract. Sam has been very pleasant from the start to completion of my project. He organised his workers in a friendly manner and they too have been very respectful of my wishes. Our outside bathroom, which they have used, was always left clean at the end of every day. this hasn’t happened with any of the other contractors that have done work here in the past. Any request to clean ip “spots” was greeted with a friendly smile and seen to immediately. Sam is a man of great character and his team is a credit to your company. Should we move home in the next few years, we will most definitely use Elite Coatings again.

André het uit sy pad gegaan om te help dat ek die regde kleur kry en het herhaaldelik heen en weer gery. Sam en sy span het bomenslik skoon en ackuraat geverk en niks was te veel moeite nie. Die vrou wat Saterdae by my werk het speciaal melding gemaak dat die fasiliteite (toilet) absoluut silverskoon gelaat is. Dit was nadat drie stelle vorige bouers dit vuil en gebreek gelaat het.

I write to highly commend your team of workers who have been at our house this past week, and who have done an excellent job. They work methodically and quietly and, although they number several, there seems to be no intrusion, each man doing his job most efficiently. The cleaning up at the end of the day is also to be commended. The colour that was mixed for us is beautiful and thank you for that too.
